The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 17,342 rentable square feet (yielding 15,080 usable square feet) of office space contiguous in a single floor in San Francisco or Oakland, California as set out below. The offered space must provide secured inside parking for 8 vehicles for use by the United States Department of Agriculture. Occupancy is required as soon as possible. LOCATION: Offered space must be located within the following boundaries: San Francisco North: Market Street to Kearny Street to Broadway South: Harrison Street East: The Embarcadero West: 4th Street Oakland North: 20th Street South: 9th Street East: Franklin Street West: Martin Luther King Jr. Way LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: Class A office space in a quality building which meets or can be made to meet the Government’s requirements and standards for: seismic safety, access to public transportation, and handicapped accessibility is solicited. The offered building must be outside of any flood plain.
