Description

RECOVERY Act candidate: The date this solicitation will be made available for viewing and/or downloading via the Honolulu District Contracting Website is postponed to an anticipated issuance date of on or about 20 April 2009. An organized pre-proposal conference and site visits at both project sites have also been postponed. All interested parties will meet from 9:00-11:00 A.M. at the Waianae Harbor Agent's office in the upstairs conference room for the pre-proposal conference followed by a site visit of the Waianae Small Boat Harbor on 6 May 2009. All interested parties will reconvene at 1:30 P.M. at the Haleiwa Harbor Agent's office for the Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor site visit. The Harbor Agents' offices will be identified on the project drawings. A further update will be provided when the solicitation is available for actual viewing and/or downloading.
