- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Harlingen, TX The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 4,600 rentable square feet in Harlingen, Texas. The space should yield between 4,000 to 4,200 BOMA usable square feet. Two inside parking spaces are required. The leased space should be located within the Harlingen City Limits in the following delineated area: North: Harrison Ave East: Route 499 South: Route 499 and US 77 West: US 77/ US 83 The proposed lease is for Ten (10) years, Five (5) years and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 11, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
