Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Henry Bros. Electronics, Inc. 8350 D Terminal RD Lorton, VA, 22079-1422 to acquire the renewal of maintenance for the Lynel detection system and electronic access card system for the IRS located in Baltimore, MD. Request for quote(s) will be solicited only from Henry Bros. due to the computer system under warranty with Henry Bros. Written responses to this Notice may be provided to be received by this office no later than April 15, 2009 by 8:00 AM EST, and should include sufficient information to establish a basis for a competed action. Additionally, documentation must establish your capability and willingness to fulfill the requirement. Written responses will be used to determine if this acquisition will be made competitive. A DETERMINATION BY THE Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
