- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote for a firm fixed price purchase order for Full Screen sample analysis, MITC sample analysis, and necessary Sample re-analysis for the Tule Lake pesticide monitoring program. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide the analysis services. Samples will be collected by Reclamation on Tule Lake Lease Lands and shipped to the contractor via commercial courier. The contractor shall be required to perform all analyses utilizing the reporting limit criteria as specified in the statement of work and issue an electronic or hard copy data report for the listed pesticides within ten working days of receipt of the samples. The contractor shall be required to re-analyze selected water samples upon request if Reclamation determines that re-analysis is needed. All services shall be performed in accordance with solicitation provisions and the statement of work. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380 and the related small business size standard is $12.0 million. The procurement is set-aside for Small Business concerns only. Solicitation 09SQ200159 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about April 10, 2009. The date for receipt of quotes will be due on April 17, 2009. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website, no paper copies of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
