Description

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a follow-on SOLE SOURCE order under the existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-09-G-0005 with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration -Owego (LMSI-O), 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, NY 13827-3998 on an other than full and open competitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302. LMSI-O is the sole developer and manufacturer of H-60 avionics and all subsequent avionics upgrades and improvements while in production. For this effort the Contractor will import additional functionality developed during the Link 16 Effort and fielded in the fleet release 50 series Mission Planning System (MPS) into the Multi-Mission Helicopter Joint Mission Planning system (MH-JMPS) and provide the associated test, logistics, software, and program support. As such, LMSI-O is the only source with the technical data and experience necessary to perform this effort in a timely and effective manner. For subcontracting opportunities, contact LMSI-O.
