Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to obtain Hornady 308 WIN 168 GR A-MAX TAP Precision ammunition using simplified acquisition procedures. The item shall be used for law enforcement usage and training. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor an invitation for bids. However, all information received by close of business on 04/17/09 will be considered by the Government. Information received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice will be entirely at the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
