Description

This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 150 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 150 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 00 adjacent parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition for a new lease for the Department of Homeland Security-Transportation Security Administration. The lease has been awarded to the City of Wolf Point at the L.M. Clayton Airport located in Wolf Point, MT. Commencing March 1, 2009 through February 28, 2012, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $6,000.00 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $500.00 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $4,000.00 annually and an operating rent of $2,000.00. The lease terms are set at 36 month/12 months firm. GSA may terminate this lease after February 28, 2010 with 30 days written notice to the Lessor.
