Description

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Engineering Logistic Center (ELC) is seeking possible sources of supply for the acquisition for Motorola Parts to support VHF mobile and hand held radios utilized by various CG platforms. The parts: 1)HLN5558L, CMD Board ( qty10 ea); 2)2780082n04 Chassis, (qty 3ea); 3). 26800010M04, Power amp heat sink, (qty 3each); 4)MHLN6365F, Interconnect board, (qty 3each); 5.) VLD1132B, Power amp board (qty 5ea); 6). H1599A, W9 Control Head Primary qty 10ea); 7). HCN1121E, W9 control head rear (qty10); 8) RKN4047A, Flash Programming Cable, (qty 3ea); 9). HRN6014M, RF Board (qty 10 ea).These parts are manufacturered by Motorola. The United States Coast Guard does not possess the manufacturer engineering drawings, test procedures or test specificaitons.. Motoral the original equipment naufacturer and posesses all the proprietary data and cannot be substitute. It is the Government’s Motorola; the original OEM/ or authorized distributors/dealers are the only ones that can furnish these parts.” Interested sources need to submit terms and conditions, delivery lead times, warranty and cost estimates for budgetary purposes only, witin 3 days of this announcement. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Engineering Logistic Center, Receiving Room Bldg. 88, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. The NAICS Code 423620. This is for MARKET RESERARCH ONLY. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost to be incurred by the Government.
