Sole Source Justification, Simplified Acquisitions (Open Market) 0001 Qty 125: Crucial Conversations Participant Suite, 3rd Edition without book : 1 Participant Guide with cards (cards = Model card + MM card + case of Contract Cards) + 1 Audio Companion set + 1 Certificate 0002 Qty 25: Crucial Conversations Participant Suite, 3rd Edition: 1 Participant Guide with cards (cards = Model card + MM card + case of Contract Cards) + 1 Audio Companion set + 1 Book +1 Certificate 0003 Qty 1: Shipping and Handling ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Midstates Procurement Branch intends to issue an award for training materials (Items 0001, 0002, and 0003) on a sole source basis with VitalSmarts, LLC. The copyrighted materials are only available from the producer, VitalSmarts LLC. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. Based on the requirements of this Solicitation, the Government intends to solicit and award with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
