- Naval Support Facility Dahlgren's 18th Annual Small Business Opportunities Fair and Conference will take place on 20 May 2009 on the Parade Field at NSWC, Dahlgren. Registration is now open! Remember, space is limited and once again we expect to reach full capacity. The theme of this year's event is "Technology, Prototyping, and Integration of Systems" Attendee Program Highlights.Keynote address from Dr. John D.
