- Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other support needed to perform the following services on Well B-17, located in the Boles Well Field at Holloman AFB, NM, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation: 1.Perform acid cleaning treatment of well casing, to include neutralization and removal of acid in well; 2. Mechanically clean/recut casing perforations, with all excess material bailed or flushed out; 3. Provide and install; a. one (1) each new 15 HP, 230V, 3-phase submersible pump with 6-3 grounded, double-jacketed submersible pump cable, b. 4-inch check valve and 4-inch galvanized drop pipe, c. ¼ inch poly air bubbler line using stainless steel strapping 4. Provide and install new 15HP, 230V, 3-phase soft start power control panel This is a commercial acquisition. The solicitation will be a request for quotation, to be issued as a 100% small business set-aside under SIC code 1781, and NAICS code 221310. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $7.0 million. The proposed performance period is 90 days after contract delivery. Offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) in order to be considered for an award. The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 April 09. Site visit information, Statement of Work, and offer due date will be contained in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website - http://www. Fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by entering the solicitation number (FA4801-09-T-0018) in the Quick Search box located at the upper right corner of the home page. Paper copies will not be available.
