- The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for PIN, Setback, IAW dwg C13-19-166D dtd 30 May 2007 & spec Mil-Std-171E dtd 23 Jun 1989 w/notice 1 dtd 19 Nov 2001, spec SAE AMS-QQ-A-225/6 dtd 1 Sep 1998, spec DTL EA-G-1723A dtd 30 March 2007 w/amendment 1 w/NOR Z42-0028-001 dtd 22 jul 2008. Finish in accordance with 7.2.1 of MIL-STD-171, class 1, nondyed. Setback pins shall be places in a cardboard box for shipment. The cardboard box size shall not exceed 12 inches x 9 inches x 8 inches. The total weight of each box shall not exceed 37 lbs. and shall be sized ergonomic for handling. Boxes will be marked with the following information: NSN, nomenclature and drawing, qty per box, lot number and vendor name. Delivery FOB destination Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 332722 is applicable. Joint Certification Program certification is required to obtain a copy of the Technical Data Package. Acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. Request for Proposal issue date on or after April 10, 2009, with an opening date on or after April 24, 2009. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation may be obtained via email request to crystal.tooke@us.army.mil. JOINT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM Some drawings associated with this acquisition are resticted documents and only vendors registered with the Joint Certification Program may obtain a copy.
