- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. ****THIS SOLICITATION IS SUBJECT TO THE AVIALIBILITY OF FUNDS***** THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST A FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 488190 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES:500 The purchase of : 1) 3,400 Gallons of 100LL for Air Show Civilian Performers 2) 20 Gallons of Phillips XC25W-60 engine oil and 55 gallons Aero Shell 254W60 3) 2 quarts Aero shell 120W engine oil 4) The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, labor, supplies, materials, supervision, and services necessary to provide 100 Low Lead (LL) Aviation fuel, oil and smoke oil for vintage aircraft at the 2009 Warner Robins Air Show. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. Payment terms must be Net 30. Justification for Brand Name: The part numbers specified for fuel and oil are required to ensure integrity in fuel grade and functionability of the aircraft. Substitutions will not be accepted. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation (current through FAC 2005-25 dated 22 May 08 and DFARS Change Notice 20080513): FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items FAR 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, and DFARS 252.212-7000 FAR 52.247-34 FOB Destination DFARS 252.211-7003 Item Identification and Valuation (Appl if unit price exceeds $5K.) DFARS 252.232.7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (WAWF is the method used by DoD for processing invoices/receiving reports.) In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov.
