- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.1 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700109Q0126 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This solicitation is for 100% small business setaside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 113210. and the small business size standard is 100 employees. Period of performance is from award date until December 31, 2009.Line item #0001: To grow 200,000 containerized Longleaf seeding. T Government will provide the seed to Contractor. Germination rate, approx 90%. Contractors will arrange pickup of seed, and the delivery of the containerized longleaf trees, Contractor will pack finished seeding in boxes of not more than 250 seedings per box for delivery to Camp Lejeune, NC. A maximun of three deliveries are required and will be cordinated with Camp Lejeune's contractor.
