Description

RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION BASE ENGINEERING REQUIREMENT (SABER) CONTRACTOR, MOODY AFB, GA. DETAILED DISCRIPTION The purpose of this project will be to replace 210,000 linear feet of existing homerun circuits feeding airfield lighting from Building 723 on Moody AFB, GA. All work must conform to Moody Air Force Base Electrical Standards. Work to be performed during non-flying hours and coordinated with Base Airfield Management. Contractor to provide 3 fully integrated touch screen controls for all airfield lighting at the Control Tower and Bldg 723 on Moody AFB, GA. The new control system will replace an antiquated toggle control system and provide Airfield Management, Base Civil Engineering, and Emergency 911 the ability to provide emergency landing and maintenance control capabilities. All work must comply with Moody AFB Electrical Standards. Contractor to will completely insulate and install a 15 Ton HVAC system to heat and cool Building 724 on Moody AFB, GA. Contractor shall provide all electrical and HVAC equipment to maintain ideal temperature to extend life of approximately 12 airfield lighting regulators. All work must comply with Moody Air Base Standards and building codes.
