- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, intends to requests response from qualified sources capable of providing instrument service contract for System 3000 with Autoloader to cover service and repair visits and to include parts and labor and in accordance with the Statement of Work. Requirement is for the Naval Health Research Center, San Diego. The contract resulting from this RFQ will be a firm fixed price. Offeror must provide all the documents and quote in order to be considered for award. Offeror interested in submitting their quotes are requested to contact Ms. Evelyn Atienza, Contract Specialist via e-mail only. evelyn.atienza@navy.mil. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00244-09-T-0334. The NAICS Code is 334516 and the business standard size is 500E. Solicitation is unrestricted. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-32, effective 31 March 2009 and DFARS Change Notice 20090115 Edition. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the website for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments. No paper copies of these documents will be issued.
