- NRCS in Oklahoma will soon be issuing an Invitation for Bids for Streambank stabilization located in Caddo County, OK. Work consists of installation of approximately 3,994 TN riprap installed; 730 TN riprap bedding installed, 150 TN crushed rock installed, 114 TN sand bedding installed and limited debris removal. This project also includes 1916 LF of waterways, 97.8 CY of concrete chutes, 245.7 CY concrete channel liner, 245.7 CY of concrete lined outlets, 1 grade stabilization structure and 12,910 SY of sod mulch Bermudagrass, all installed. Solicitation will be available at http://www.fbo.gov on or about May 4, 2009. Site showing information will be shown in the solicitation. To download a copy of the solicitation, log-on to http://www.fbo.gov. Place the solicitation number (AG7335S090038) in the "Quick Search" area at the top right of the screen. Click on "go". Select the blue link to retrieve the solicitation. Solicitation will not be on this website until May 4, 2009. Interested contractors are required to assure if any amendments to this solicitation have been issued prior to submitting a bid. Estimated price range: $250,000 to $500,000.
