- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Heartland Network 15,intends to extend the issue date for the previously-synopsisedsolicitation for Construction Services for Project 657A5-08-125, FCA -Upgrade Emergency Power, located at the Marion, IL, VA Medical Center. The new date the solicitation will be available is on or about April 24,2009, and Proposals will be due on or about May 26 (the day afterMemorial Day). The solicitation, including any amendments, shallestablish the official opening and closing dates and times, as well asthe official performance period for construction.
