Description

Attached is the sole source justification letter to upgrade the existing Northrup Grumman Link 16 General Manger hardware and software. The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB FL hereby gives notice of its intention to award a sole source purchase order to NORTHROP GRUMMAN Mission Systems for the acquisition to upgrade three (3) Northrup Grumman (NG) Link 16 Gateway Managers under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only notice. The reference number is F4A1049070A001. The NAICS code for this purchase is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. The contractor shall provide the following: Upgrade three (3) Northrup Grumman (NG) Link 16 Gateway Managers (GM) to provide connectivity with Link 16 LVT 2 ground terminals. The updated GMs will support DIS format data, External Time Reference (ETR), Network Time Reference (NTR), and will provide data to each of the other GMs at Tyndall AFB, FL.
