- DARPA-BAA-09-39 DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals to develop an optical scope attachment to be used on standard combat rifles. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances required to achieve the Dynamic Image Gunsight Optic (DInGO) end-state program objective. Specifically excluded is research that primarily results in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice. See attached DARPA-BAA-09-39.
