Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs - VA Puget Sound Health Care System will be seeking quotes for Redesign and Maintenance of the VA Multiple Sclerosis Center of Excellence (MSCoE) website. Vendor shall be required to update and maintain the MSCoE website in accordance the Statement of Work ( SOW) in the RFQ. Vendor shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining proper licenses, certifications and meet VA security requirements as stated in the SOW. The solicitation is expected to be advertised as a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside in accordance with Public Law 109-461. NAICS Code 541511 with a size standard of $25.0 million. The SDVOSB must be small under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and MUST be registered and verified in the following websites: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov, http://www.ccr.gov, and https://orca.bpn.gov to be eligible for award. Bidders MUST ensure your registrations in these websites are correct, current, accurate, and have not expired. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for this information. Insufficient responses from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses will result in exploration of other set-aside possibilities or advertised as full and open competition. The solicitation documents with Statement of Work will be issued on or about April 14, 2009. This date is not firm and may change due to events beyond our control. Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and VA will not provide hard copies. Bidders are responsible for obtaining any amendments to the solicitation from this website. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. All potential bidders should register on this website as interested vendors.
