Description
IQC09055009040. End Item Application:'HELICOPTER, SEA KNIGHT H-46 This solicitation will contain one NSN 1680-01-389-1289, for a Grip Assembly, Controller, Aircraft; Annual Estimated Quantity: 36 each, Max Year AEQ: 72 each. This is a 1C item. The approved sources are: Guardian Electric Mfg (Cage Code: 73949), Associated Aircraft Supply Co Inc. (Cage 13028), and The Boeing Company (Cage Code: 77272). The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using Other than Full and Open Competition. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is a critical application item. Configuration control applies. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about April 28, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
