Description

The US Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Cambridge, MD is interested in leasing up to 6,560 rentable square feet of space and 35 parking spaces. The rentable square feet of space shall yield a minimum of 5,590 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 6,560 of first class, high quality office space. To be considered, the office location must be within the boundaries of North by Choptank River, Bounded on the East by Route 16 By-Pass, Bounded on the South by Route 16 By-Pass, and bounded on the West by Bayley Road, Mace’s Lane, and Leonard Lane. Preference will be given to first floor space. The lease term will be for a 10-year term and occupancy is required by January 31, 2010. The expression of interest must be received by 5:00 pm May 4, 2009 and include the following information. 1. Building Name and Address; 2. Available square feet, floor location, and rental rate per square foot; 3. Common Area factor; 4. Owner’s name and address and written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
