Description

See Note 22. Due to proprietary information, the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 6.302. This requirement is for the Nonpersonal services for maintenance, repair and labor for Dynablades 3 & 4 Whirltowers. This synopsis is not a request for competitve proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a written solicitation. No telephonic inquiries.
