- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-08-T-8802. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is: 334510; the Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3845; and the small business size standard is 500. This requirement is unrestricted. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA, has a requirement for the following: Item No. 0001: 01 each, One-Time Equipment Relocation/Retrofit of a Generator in the Ortho Room. Equipment will not operate functionally because of high temperatures created by generator. Therefore generator is to be moved from inside the Ortho Room to the outside so that equipment can function normally and without damaging high temperatures. This retrofit will include the removal and reinstallation of raceway and electrical feeders from the existing MDC to the new location. Relocation of the generator only. Remainder of the system remains in its current location., This move also includes Vendor to recertify equipment and ensure it operates at optimum efficiency. UNIT PRICE $__________, TOTAL CLIN $__________. Quote all or none. The delivery terms will be for all work to commence on or about 30 days after receipt of order. The government anticipates awarding a single award for this requirement. To be delivered to: Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ortho Room, Bldg. 300, East Hospital Road, Fort Gordon, GA.
