- COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION Solicitation Number:W81XWH-09-T-0221 Customer:WRAIR Post Date:04/13/09 Response Date:04/27/09 Contracting Office Address: US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) ATTN: MCMR-AAA-E, 820 Chandler Street, Frederick, MD 21702-5014 Solicitation The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO the following: Vendor SABiosciences; PRODUCT RT2 miRNA PCR Array Human Genome; Quantity = 4. Essential characteristics: Primers are oligonucleotide-DNA sequences that are between 1822 base pairs (bp) in size; each array consists of a 384-well microplate with each well of the plate containing a primer for one unique miRNA. Each microplate contains primers for 376 different miRNAs representing the most abundantly expressed and best characterized human genome microRNA (miRNA) sequences; each microplate array allows simultaneous quantitative expression analysis of up to 376 different miRNA sequences per sample; each package of arrays contains 24 microplates; primer sequences and array microplates must be compatible with the following equipement and reagents that are currently in use for real-time PCR studies of miRNAs: the ABI 7900HT PCR thermocycler from Applied Biosystems fitted with a 384-well microplate heat block, the MA-03 cDNA synthesis kit from SuperArray Biosciences, and the PA-012 SYBR Green/ROX PCR master buffer mix from SuperArray Biosciences. PRODUCT RT2 miRNA PCR Array Human Genome p/n MAH 3100E-24; Quantity = 4. Partial quotes will not be accepted. Items are to be shipped directly to Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in Silver Spring, MD. This announcement constitutes the solicitation by USAMRAA, Ft Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The SIC Code is 2836 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450.
