- Service Contract Act Wage Determination AMENDMENT TO COMBINED SYNOPSYS AND SOLITATION FA7012-09-T-0020-00005 The following changes are hereby incorporated into solicitation FA7012-09-T-0020 This Amendment is to include the Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination. Attached Wage Determination number 05-2103. Questions and Answers Is this a wage job? Yes, this is under Service Contract Act 23470 - Laborer $14.27 Is the Base Dig permit already applied for or in hand. (If no who is responsible for getting Base dig permit?) Yes, Base Dig permit is in hand. Any fence specifications See paragraph 1.1.1 of the Solicitation So it is only two (2) fields Correct, this will be for fields 1 & 2.
