- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W51XTP90555000 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis w/ MEDRAD, 100 Global View Dr., Warrendale PA 15086 for the non-personal services under NAICS code 811219, Size STD $7.0M. The requirements in this solicitation: Annual Maintenance & PM Service on a MedRad Injector System: 1 ea CT Stellant D/DX (CAT#DCB-SCTD)Includes Injector Contrast Media & Injector control Unit.; 1 ea OCS/CS (CAT#DCB-CS), and 1 ea MRI Spectris Solaris/EP (CAT#DCB-SMRS) Includes Injector Solaris & Control Monitor for the period of performance 13 Apr 2009-30 Sep 2009 and 4 option years.
