- The Pacific Northwest Regional Office of the Bureau of Reclamation is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # 09SQ107900 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32 dated March 31, 2009. This solicitation is reserved for small business concerns of 500 employees or less. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 212319. This requirement is for 2000 cubic yards of 3 inch minus crushed basalt rock (color of material must be dark) delivered to Anderson Ranch Dam in Elmore County, Idaho. The delivery address is 20465 NE South Fork Road, Mountain Home, Idaho 83647. Delivery of the material to commence the last week of April and to be completed by May 8, 2009.
