- Description
- The United States Government currently occupies approximately 18,761 BOMA rentable square feet of office and related space in a building in Washington, DC, under a lease that will expire on August 31, 2009. The Government is seeking to enter into a full service lease for approximately 18,761 contiguous rentable square feet commencing September 1, 2009 for a ten (10) year term. The Government is considering whether to remain in its existing leased space or relocate to alternative space. The Government will consider relocation if alternative space can satisfy the Government’s requirements and costs related to rent, tenant improvements, moving, telecommunication relocation, and agency special requirements can be recovered through rental savings over the existing location. The property must be located within Central Employment Area. The Government will require a Tenant Improvement Allowance of $41.50 per ANSI/BOMA office area square foot.
