Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities to provide two (2) fully functional Precision Carrier to Noise Eb/No Generators in accordance with the solicitation and specifications under a contract for NOAA Wallops Command & Data Acquisition Station, Wallops, VA. An optional line item is included for an extended repair warranty. Delivery is expected by May 15, 2009. The contract is expected to be awarded on or about April 27, 2009. The applicable NAICS number is 335312 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The Request for Quotations is only available on line by downloading from this site. All contractors that intend on providing a proposal are requested to email Janie Laferty at Janie.M.Laferty@noaa.gov and provide your company name, phone number and contact. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, ALL CONTRACTORS must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a Federal contract. For information regarding registration in CCR contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov. Contractors are asked to provide their (DUNS) Dun and Bradstreet nine digit number along with their quotation. Quotes can be faxed to 757-664-3645 or mailed to U.S. Dept. of Commerce, NOAA, Eastern Region Acquisition Division, 200 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA 23510. No telephone requests will be honored. This is a Commercial Acquisition and Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12 apply.
