Description

Elmendorf AFB, Alaska intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to EMS Technologies Canada Ltd. for the acquisition of SARMaster software maintenance support package. Due to compatibility and proprietary software license issues, this contractor is the only source that can satisfy the requirement. This is an annual renewal of a software service currently in place to support the SARMaster Search and Rescue Mission Management Software. This service includes support to SARMaster client and server applications. 24/7 pager support with guaranteed 4-hour response for mission critical problems. User support during normal working hours for non-mission critical support problems. Provide on-site assistance for system upgrades and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of SAR operations. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. This acquisition is classified under the NAICS Code 517210 size standard 500 employees.
