NSN 6150-01-542-1786, PR number IQC09099009048, Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Elec, used on the 1 ¼ Ton Truck (HMMWV) Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 33, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 132, Max Contract Qty per year is 264. Orders are to be shipped within 74 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. Approved sources are Kidde Technologies, CAGE 05BU0, P/N 421910 and AM General, LLC, CAGE 34623, P/N 6034366. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is May 05, 2009 with a closing date of June 05, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
