- Solicitation Number SPM4A609R0486, IQC09098009068, NSN 4250-01-398-6788, Aerosol Can Recycling System. Unit of issue is EACH. Solicitation does not contain progress payments. Approved source of supply is New Pig Corporation, 1JA49, P/N DRM266 and Dallas-Katec Incorporated DBA Katec, 46869, P/N 5000. The solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price with a base year and four option years. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the Estimated Annual Demand OF 36 EACH. THE MAXIMUM ANNUAL DEMAND IS 72 EACH. IQC is for DLA Direct Shipments to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy CA depots only. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. This solicitation is unrestricted ON THE BASIS OF Other Than Full & Open Competition. Award will be made on a basis of other than price and price related factors alone. The required delivery is 30 days ARO. The estimated solicitation issue date is 01 May 2009 and the estimated closing date is 22 MAY 2009. Surge does not apply.
