Description: NEW MANUFACTURED MATERIAL - SURPLUS NOT AUTHROIZED:(Sole Source) A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for whichthe Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sourceunder the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identifytheir interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submitproposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitiveproposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days(thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic orderingagreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be consideredby the Government. A determination by the Government not to competewith this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice issolely within the discretion of the Government. Information receivedwill normally be considered solely for the purpose of determiningwhether to conduct a competitive procurement. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit acapability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. One or more ofthe items under this acquisition is subject to the World TradeOrganization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. 13.
