This amendment provides the questions and the answers. 1. The solicitation states AC/heat does this mean that the buses must have both heat and AC? Answer: The buses do not have to have air conditioning or heat. 2. There is a statement in the solicitaion about buses shall not be leased for use outside the state of Colorado. What is this referring to? Answer: The buses will not leave the state of Colorado. 3. Will the buses be run on Fort Carson only or will they exit the post? Answer: The buses will primarily be operated on Fort Carson. However, the buses might leave Fort Carson to pick up personnel at the airport. 4. Should the 44 passenger, no more, no less requirement stand, we can remove the extra rows of seats so that the school bus contains only the 44 seats? Answer: The buses must be 44 passenger buses.
