- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z1529090AQ01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32 effective 31 March 09, Defense DCN 20090115 effective 15 Jan 09, and AFAC 2009-0308 effective 18 March 2009. This acquisition will is unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811113. The business size standard is $7.0M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J025. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7537. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for electrical supplies in accordance with the attached item list. 0001-AA "In-Frame" engine overhaul to include replacement of both engine head assembly's, all 8 Cylinder liner Kits, all Rod & Main bearings, water pump, blower assembly, all belts, all required seals, new air filter, and replace engine oil & filter. All repairs need to be completed within 7 days 0002-AA labor 0003-AA transportation to and from Travis, to include all permits required Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
