- Building Type G, first floor Building Type C, first floor Building Type B, first floor Building Type E, second floor Building Type C, second floor Building Type D, second floor Building Type A, first floor Building Type F, first floor Building Type E, first floor Building Type A, second floor Building Type B, second floor Statement of Work Notice to Offerors Building Type G, second floor Representations and Certifications Instructions to Offerors Building Type D, first floor Schedule B Building Type F, second floor Addendum The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Department of Homeland Security desires to establish an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in accordance with FAR Part 16.5 with vendors who are capable of removing existing carpet, disposing of old carpet and installing new carpeting in the government quarters at Astoria, OR. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The contractor shall be responsible for carpeting 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses as needed. Carpeting materials will be supplied by the USCG. CONFLICT OF INTEREST (COI): COI provisions and disclosure requirements will also be made available at http://www.epa.gov/oam/srpod, to allow vendors the opportunity to avoid, neutralize, or mitigate such conflicts once work is placed under the IDIQ as provided for in FAR Subpart 9.5. The North American Industries Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238330 and the size standard is $14,000,000. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Interested vendors should provide capability information describing their ability to meet all of the requirements within fifteen (30) days of this notice. Capability documentation submitted by interested vendors shall not exceed fifteen (15) pages in length. All responsible sources may submit their proposals, in writing, to the identified point of contact (POC) not later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time on April 30, 2009. Proposals may be submitted as an attachment to the POC at susan.b.lawson@uscg.mil, or may be mailed via U.S. Postal Service, commercial delivery or courier service to: MLCPAC, Coast Guard Island, Bldg 54c, Alameda, CA 94568, Attn: Susan Lawson.
