Description
This is a non-competitive combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation No. DTRT57-09-Q-80060 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13.5 and FAR Part 12. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. The NAICS Code is 541511 and the Small Business size standard is $21.0 M. This sole source announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Order on a non-competitive basis to LogiXML, Inc., McLean, VA. The Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) has a requirement to purchase LogiXML?s Ad Hoc Query Tool to be deployed as part of the enhanced Flight Standards Automation Systems (eFSAS) modernization software tool suite. The Volpe Center provides ongoing support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Quality, Integration, and Executive Services (AQS) in the development of eFSAS on behalf of the FAA?s Office of Aviation Safety (AVS) Flight Standards Services (AFS). Proposal Pricing: The Contractor shall provide pricing on the following item:CLIN 0001 Logi Ad Hoc?Perpetual License-Per Server (unlimited CPU?s), Quantity: 1, Unit Price$__________, Total Price $___________; CLIN 0002 Logi Ad Hoc-Perpetual License-Per Server (unlimited CPU?s) Annual Maintenance, Quantity: 1, Unit Price $________________ Total Price $_______________; CLIN 0003 Support Standard 1 POC unlimited E-Mail Support (response within one business day) and 5 incident phone support/online Web meetings (per POC) per year, Quantity: 1, Unit Price $______________ Total Price $_______________; CLIN 0004 Logi Online Training ? 4 Hour Block (Includes one hour assessment and preparation, Quantity: 2, Unit Price $_____________ Total Price $_________________. Please provide a total price for CLINs 0001 through 0004. The Government will not pay for any information received. The following notice is provided for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. ATTENTION: Small and Disadvantaged (SDB), Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation-related contracts. The Maximum line of credit is $750,000. The STLP loan has a variable rate, which is connected to the prime rate.
