- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Milk, Other Dairy Items, Fruit Juices, and Ice Cream Products for customers in the Virginia area and export customers in Cuba, Ecuador, and Honduras.. These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Milk, Other Dairy Items, Fruit Juices, and Ice Cream Products for delivery beginning August 2, 2009 and ending July 30, 2011. The contract period will be twenty-four (24) months. Prices will be fixed with a monthly Economic Price Adjustment for fluid milk items and all other prices will be firm fixed. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP). Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date: April 22, 2009.
