- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W44DQ690964283 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This acquisition is solicited on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 339112, size standard 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The requirements of this solicitation are for various resuscitation training aid equipment, replacement parts, and accessories, for Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, OK. Required delivery is 30 days ARO, FOB Destination. Line item no. 0001: Pneumothorax simulator, upper torso, life size, 124 each. Sub line item 0002: Resusci Anne Basic RAMS torso, 124 each. Sub line item 0003: Outer skin replacement, 124 each. Sub line item 0004: Replacement lung, 124 each. Sub line item 0005: Replacement veins, 124 each. Salient characteristics: -Pneumothorax Simulator, upper torso, life size oRib cage, liner and vinyl skin oSelf-sealing dual lung may be punctured approximately 75 to 100 times each allowing double usage from original and replacement lungs -Resusci Anne Basic RAMS Torso oRemovable/reusable faces oHeal tilt/chin lift and jaw oNose needs to be open for oral, digital and nasal intubation -Outer skin to replace vinyl skin on pneumothorax simulator -Replacement lung for pneumothorax simulator -Vein replacement to be used on Advanced Injection Arm The following FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1 [Instructions to Offerors]; Addendum 52.212-1; FAR provisions and clauses can be viewed at Internet address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffar1.htm. Technical acceptability: Explain how your company will meet the salient characteristics of the items as specified in the solicitation.
