The IQC will have one base year with four option years periods. The Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause will be used to price the option years. The solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 12 – “Acquisition of Commercial Items” procedures. Items within the scope may be added to this initiative or any resulting contract(s) at a later date in accordance with Clause I16C04, Addition/Deletion of Items on Schedule. The approved source is Robertson Aviation, LLC (1T765). Estimated Annual Demand Value: $284,632.89 (estimated value with 4 option years $1,423,164.40) Destination Information: FOB Destination - Various DLA stocking locations Delivery Schedule: Various per NSN All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
