- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a follow-on sole source contract modification with Goodrich Corporation, Simmonds Precisions, 100 Panton Road, Vergennes, VT. Goodrich Corporation is the only source with the data and resources needed to perform this effort on the MH-60 aircraft. The anticipated modification will be for contractor efforts and products required to sustain the incorporation of Integrated Mechanical Diagnostics System (IMDS) into the MH-60 aircraft retrofit programs and production lines, including production engineering support and final Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), along with required documentation and software updates. Numbered Note 22 applies.
