Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon, has a requirement for human resource position classification services to be conducted for the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Pacific Region (Region 1), Pacific Southwest Region (Region 8), and Region 9 Law Enforcement (LE) serviced by the Region 1 Human Resource Division. Services include, but are not limited to: 1) Desk Audits; 2) Phone Audits; 3) Limited Classification Reviews; and 4) Organizational Analysis and Assessments. Travel costs will be calculated in accordance with current Government Travel Regulations (GTR) and will be included as a separate line item on each task order. An Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded for one base and four option years. The minimum quantity of services to be ordered by task order against this contract is $5,000.00 and the maximum quantity of services to be ordered under this contract is $150,000.00. Tasks may be performed at locations throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, Nevada, Hawaii and the Pacific Islands, to include the Regional Offices, National Wildlife Refuges (NWR), National Fish Hatcheries (NFH) and other fisheries offices, Fish and Wildlife Offices (FWO), the National Forensics Laboratory (Lab), and LE offices serviced by Region 1 Human Resources. This will be a "best value" procurement with award based on technical approach, past performance/organization, personnel qualifications and experience and price. Evaluations factors as a whole are more important than price; however between proposals that are evaluated as equal, price to the Government will be a major selection factor.
