- RFP GS09P09KLC0009 posted 04/17/2009; RFP closing date of 05/15/2009. You MUST submit the Document Security Notice posted under this solicitation prior to being granted access to the RFP (all information is contained below); you also must be a certified HUBZone concern. There will only be ONE site visit for this project, information is contained in Volume III of the RFP. _____________________________________________________________ The General Services Administration (GSA) Pacific Rim Region announces an opportunity for construction services for a repair and alteration project at the PJKK Federal Office Building, Honolulu, HI. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, parts, equipment, and tools to perform the specified Tenant Improvement work. The scope of work for the Tenant Improvements includes but is not limited to the renovation of approximately 530 square feet of space, with an approximate 100 square foot secure room and open office space for six (6) additional people. This requirement is a competitive, 100% set-aside under the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Procurement Program, with competition restricted to HUBZone concerns. See Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19.1303 for status as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concern. The NAICS associated with this procurement is 236220. The small business size standard associated with this NAICS is $33.5 million. The estimated project cost is between $250,000 and $500,000, with anticipated project duration of approximately 90 calendar days. The Request For Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 04/03/2009 (updated from 03/20/2009). The technical specifications in the RFP are considered Sensitive but Unclassified Information. Therefore, interested offerors will need to be approved prior to gaining access to the RFP package. In order to be granted access, an offeror must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (URL: http://www.ccr.gov). Once you have registered with CCR you will be required to register with FedBizOpps. No federal materials can be downloaded until you have registered under both sites. You may access FedBizOpps via the following URL: http://www.fbo.gov Once registered at both sites, interested offerors must complete the attached “Document Security Form”. ALL INTERESTED VENDORS MUST SUBMIT THE DOCUMENT SECURITY FORM POSTED WITH THIS NOTICE PRIOR TO BEING GRANTED ACCESS TO THE RFP PACKAGE. THE DOCUMENT FORM MUST BE EITHER FAXED TO 619-557-2928 (ATTN: HEATHER CANEY), OR E-MAILED TO HEATHER.CANEY@GSA.GOV. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the RFP, Amendments, Attachments, and printing the RFP, Amendments, and Attachments.
