- Questions and Answers, 17 April Q: Is it possible to get double trailers into and dump at the dump site? A: Yes, double trailers will fit in the dump site. Q: Is it possible to get the dumping times lengthened? A: Under ordinary circumstances, no. The times stated in the solicitation are based on gate limitations (e.g. overhead clearance, concrete barriers, serpentines, normal hours of operation) and to provide sufficient time to enter, unload, and exit through an appropriate gate. Under extraordinary circumstances, yes. For example, if your vehicle is delayed on base until after gate closure, the government will do what is necessary to allow your vehicle to exit the base through an appropriate gate.
