- CASTLE CREEK CULVERT REPAIR, NFSR 660 – Project includes installation of hilfiker gabion stepped wall to support 72” culvert end section. Culvert end section is on site. Each layer of gabion wall will be capped with a 6” concrete pad. After wall and end section installed, embankment will be placed to stabliize road. Aggregate surfacing will be placed to form proper running surface. This project is being advertised under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and as such it is open to small and large business concerns. The solicitation for this project will only be made available through the Federal Business Opportunities website -www.fbo.gov.
