Description

Solicitation N00421-09-T-0070 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is not set aside for small businesses. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed order on a brand name sole source basis. Under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, the manufacturer must be TEAC Aerospace Technologies Inc. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are Clin 0001, Quantity 1 each, p/n 51571001-512, Model MDR-80J Solid State Mission Data Recorder, 1 channel RGB, 1 Channel RS-170, 1 Audio and Clin 0002, Quantity 1 each, p/n 50570601-504, Removable Memory Module, Flash Drive (RMM), 32 GB with USB Clin 0003, 1 each shipping charges to NAS Patuxent River MD 20670. Alternate products will not be accepted. Products must be exactly as noted. Award is expected to be 07 May 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals as long as they are for the requested products. All proposals received by 23 April 2009 will be considered by the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. Facsimile proposals are acceptable.
