- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number H92243-09-T-LH12 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contracting Office, NAB Little Creek, Norfolk VA intends to award a firm fixed price contract. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The associated naics code is 611430 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. Line Item 0001 - 3 Students for SCAN EAGLE TRAINING in the operation of Navy procured Scan Eagle Unmanned Aircraft System. Instruction is sought to teach NSW UAS technicians S-271 Maintainer Level 2; Period of Performance: 04 May 2009 through 29 May 2009 Line Item 0002 - 5 Students for SCAN EAGLE TRAINING in the operation of Navy procured Scan Eagle Unmanned Aircraft System. Instruction is sought to teach NSW UAS technicians S-284 Fixed Price Operator Training, Period of Performance: 07 July 2009 through 31 August 2009 LOCATION: VENDOR FACILITY If quoting an equal offer include detailed specifications for customer's review The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on price. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32.
